End User License Agreement (EULA)

Introduction

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Puzzle Studio for the use of TileDom Puzzle. By installing or using the game, you agree to be bound by this EULA.

License Grant

Puzzle Studio grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use TileDom Puzzle for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms of this EULA.

Ownership

All intellectual property rights in TileDom Puzzle, including code, graphics, and designs, are owned by Puzzle Studio or its licensors. This EULA does not grant you any ownership rights.

Updates and Support

Puzzle Studio may provide updates or support for TileDom Puzzle at its discretion. Updates may require acceptance of new terms. We are not obligated to provide ongoing support.

Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. We may terminate your license if you violate this EULA. Upon termination, you must uninstall and cease using TileDom Puzzle.

Warranty Disclaimer

TileDom Puzzle is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Puzzle Studio disclaims all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

Puzzle Studio is not liable for any damages arising from your use of TileDom Puzzle, including but not limited to data loss, device damage, or lost profits.

Governing Law
